Studio L Inc. warrants for a period of 90 days from date of sale or until installation (whichever occurs first) that all products, if propertly stored and transported, will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
The purchaser should examine all products prior to installation
If a product is found defective during the purchaser’s examination and purchaser submits written service request. Studio L Inc. has the option to replace the product with another that is functionally equivalent or refund the purchase price.
Extent of Limited Warranty
Studio L Inc.’s obligation is limited to the replacement or refund as stated above. The purchaser is responsible for all other costs. Other costs may include but are not limited to: shipping, delivery, handling, and admistrative charges for forwarding the replacement product to the purchaser may vary due to color/dye lot. A certain amount of shade or surface variations may be apparent due to the inherent conditions of a fired glass product. Tile may vary due to color/dye lot. This is not a defect in materials or workmanship, subject to this limited warranty.
For a purchaser to obtain warranty service, a written service request must be submitted to Studio L Inc., 5630 Westminster Dr, Cedar Falls, IA 50613. A written service request must include the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Explanation of problem
