Strength & Durability

Studio L Glassworks tile is composed of sand, soda ash (sodium carbonate), dolomite, limestone, and salt cake (sodium sulfate) making it a solid, strong building material that is impervious to freeze/thaw resistance and water. The longevity of the glass adds to its sustainability.

Maintenance

Studio L Glassworks tile is easy to maintain. Glass is a nonporous material and will not absorb dirt, dust, and other debris. A damp cloth or sponge is sufficient for general cleaning. Mild, NON-ABRASIVE, surface cleaners can be used to clean tougher messes.

Care

Care for Studio L Glassworks tile is simple. Avoid extreme temperature changes, heavy impact, and seal out moisture from entering behind glass.

After installation, the glass should be clean of any marks. For dried-on material, extra-fine steel wool or a single sided razor blade can be used to gently remove any undesired marks on the surface. This will work well for unwanted adhesive, dried paint, day-old sauces, etc.

Note: Do NOT gouge the surface when using the razor blade.
